In 2008 Andre assumed the role of Field Service Manager, a role dedicated to managing and monitoring the performance of ServiceMaster personnel in the field. This enabled Andre to evaluate our people’s performance in their respective roles and to recommend training, should it be required.
This important role enabled the Human Resources Department of ServiceMaster Clean to develop its operational people. Andre works closely with the three ServiceMaster Clean Divisions of Communal and Commercial Contract Services and Residential Cleaning Services, providing technical support in cleaning methods and cleaning products and overseeing the company’s health & safety policy.
For 12 years Andre was in the hotel industry, working in all areas of the business, to become food and beverage manager for one of the leading hotel chains. This experience has served Andre well in his people skills and appreciating the importance of customer service.
Today Andre is Operations Manager for the 3 Service Divisions of Deeland Limited t/a ServiceMaster Clean, his focus is to ensure the Quality Assurance Management Programme in place is being implemented and adhered to.
