Sue joined ServiceMaster Clean in November 2010 in her present role of Accounts Manager for Deeland Limited t/a ServiceMaster.
With nearly 12 years experience and a strong background in account management as well as general office management with company turnovers exceeding 10 million, Sue has a proven track record in focusing businesses on an efficient financial footing as well as ensuring it takes care of its customers.
Sue’s previous career was with a fork lift attachment manufacturer for 10 years, during which time she was responsible for producing management accounts as well as having the role of company secretary.
During Sue’s time with ServiceMaster she has helped with the introduction of a Quality Assurance Management Programme (QAMP) for the Accounts Department, which is audited through the ISO9001.
The role of Accounts Manager is responsible for managing the Accounts Department and ensuring all company departments have the relevant financial information
Main objectives in my job role is to ensure the company accounts are accurate and produced on time, cash flow is maintained – debtors paid on time. It is also my responsibility to ensure that all the company departments are compliant with their respective budgets and profit forecasts are managed and monitored.
