The Avril Bannister award, set up in memory of a dear colleague, is awarded annually to an employee who exemplifies her high levels of commitment and service.
We are delighted to announce Susan Willis, Field Service Supervisor for Newbury 2, is the winner of the Avril Bannister Award for 2019. Sue goes out of her way to deliver an efficient, smooth and high quality service for Customers as well as provide support to her team.
Juanita Holloway, HR Advisor, is a very worthy runner-up for the Avril Bannister Award. Juanita is primarily based at ServiceMaster’s office in Newbury, but travels across the region to ensure all areas of the business get the same support and advice.
